Just a question when requesting a role in role-request example the role Developer, does it require the user to A. Already have the projects listed and show activity on those resources, or B. Can show proof of the projects being developed and such on the individual's IDE.

@magic summit In the chart, are servers in offline mode behind a proxy counted as offline or online? Also the thing with a lot of Canadian servers probably have to do with OVH.
