It's not really a keylogger so to speak.

Of course, it has to track what you type, etc, so it knows you're not idling. But, it only works in your IDE, plus, you can disable it for some projects.

It's the most sensible option for tracking workload. Some servers use something like HubStaff, which takes screenshots to make sure you're not cheating the system, that's too much for me.
