Perm-plugins in a nutshell:
GroupManager - Oh dear god why?
PermissionsEx - Solid, but no longer maintained.
UltraPermissions - Wasting money on a perm-plugin that just has to many effects in the GUI and didn't even had Vault-Support at the beginning.
LuckPerms - Actually the best choice.

@jade oasis website isn't the issue, it's the server ip. Just disable ip cloaking, post the rms, then re-enable it.

It might take a few mins for the dns to update, keep pinging the domain in your cmd till it shows the actual server ip, when it does post the rms and re-enable cloaking
