I'm in support on 4 different Discords (not counting DiscordSRV @sterile parrot ) and I can say, that people, that are really reading the entire pluginpage, wiki or whatever gives information are more rare than winning a million dollars.
Helpful is a role here, that people become, that actually help other peoples.
I know you can most of the time go to the wiki and read f.e. the FAQ which maybe answers that question you already have.
But it is also almost that fast (if not even faster) to ask a question and get a answer from a person, who has experience with the plugin.
I tell you something I once had: A guy had a weird issue with LuckPerms. He read the FAQ and also the command and installation-pages to make sure, that his issue wasn't answered there already. There was the same issue, but he couldn't fix it even after following the steps. After some time we found out, that for a certain serverversion is there a chance, that the plugin will have this issue.... We fixed it after that.
We fixed the issue in 2 minutes.

So currently when a player / entity dies, it takes all their items in their inventory and merges it into one single item stack of each item. What I'm noticing is that when I die with say 256 dirt, nothing actually drops, but if I have 300 dirt (256 + 44), I drop a stack of 44 dirt. So, the question is, why is it not handling full stacks of 64? It should create one itemstack of 300.

equalsIgnoreCase avoids problems regarding Locale-specific differences (e.g. in Turkish Locale there are two different uppercase "i" letters). On the other hand, Maps only use the equals() method.
