It would be interseting for someone to develop a staff panel, a simple panel <could even have a premium version to kindof fund the whole thing/ads> to manage your staff team. Like have Gary, his age, date of promotion, staff role, notes, timezone, etc. Then other staff, to mainly keep track of them.
This is really handy for all public servers, I personally use like 3 services to keep track of staff, offenses, and info like age and stuff.

did the chmod seems not working@boreal escarp IP-forwarding is a setting in the BungeeCord and means, that BC will send the IP and other infos, like the UUID to the server, he's sending you, so that spigot knows, who you are
That prevents, that you have different UUIDs on the servers
You could use SkinRestorer tho, if you want to be safe
That will give you the heads in the tab
