Also @polar sorrel, that would be good but it depends on how you execute it. Don't have it just be a feature that's just "there" but ends up being barely used. You need to make sure it's well integrated and made into a central concept of your server. At the same time, don't put way too much emphasis because you have a factions (and not RPG or questing) server
