The banner is alright, just a screenshot, but it looks a bit fuzzy like it was scaled up. just my observation.
The name kinda confused me. Wasn't sure to call you Malecite or Lillabele. Maybe have "Lillabele [Malecite]"? Makes it even more confusing that your avatar is an M but that's your build team name (I'm assuming) and not your username.
Just my opinions and observations when I looked at it.

I am only responding because I now feel threatened even though I did nothing wrong, and I have a right to defend myself and my work.

I came on here to ask the DEVELOPER of the plugin if he would send me a copy of his work so I can use it SOLELY as a dependency. That is not a leak. I will never use the EzRankUp plugin, however my client who purchased the plugin legally will be using it. He has every right to hire someone to create a plugin using a plugin he purchased as a dependency. That is not leaking.
My client said no such thing. If you read the screenshot you posted, he does not even acknowledge the fact that I need EzRankUp as a dependency to complete the project he has commissioned me with

Depends, if you eventually get a Medium-Large server, Mojang will enforce it on you. Hypixel & Mineplex compliy with EULA and they are still the biggest servers atm. @quasi fable

So I doubt anyone here remembers me, but for some reason, I remembered that someone wanted the menu I made with DeluxeMenus ( http://prnt.sc/cdj0n6 ). It changes from a barrier to a customizable item depending on whether or not the server is up. It also shows how many players are on a server that is online ( http://prnt.sc/cdj1qg ).

This menu may not work on newer versions, but it can definitely be fixed. I revisited this menu in 1.9.4 and it works seamlessly.
