So you can either do it with permissions, or groups
Groups is a good way as you can have a group have multiple permissions, such as, you can give group A access to the mine warp & the ezrankspro permisison, without having to do 2 commands. Personally that is what i am going to use when i get ezrankspro as it seems like the much cleaner option.
Thats as much as im willing to help out without verification though.

ok so my permissions are setup with luckperms, and I set luckperms to my chat format like this [prestige1] [Z-mine] [Vip] [Helper] {name}: so in my Ezprestige config I set that you have to be [Z-mine] rank in order to prestige, and I set everything else up corectly in the prestiges.yml to fit with my prestige config. but when I /prestige it tell me I need to be at [Z-mine] in order to prestige but I am in Z-mine rank but it says i'm not. So i figured out that its taking the rank closes to my name [Helper] and saying thats the rank I need in order to rankup. so how can I change it to having my prestige_rank at A-mine instead of the first group closes to my name [helper] ?

For a player to be considered the last rank, they need to have the permission node: ezranks.lastrank
This tells EZRanksPro that the player is at the last rank and has no more rankups available.
Giving them that permission should allow them to prestige when they are on Z
Make sure you add that permission to Z, not the player permissions

1.10.5 is really still the official latest build that supports 1.8.8. We dropped support for 1.8.8 awhile ago but somehow 1.13.1 started working on it without us even trying. We had reports that it was working so we said use it with caution. No promises.

Blitz, I think the reasoning behind everyone having those issues of it closing that GUI is that DM waits 2 ticks to close the menu to prevent some bug, can't remember what it was off the top of my head.
But I'm thinking something else changed maybe in a spigot update that's causing it to be more strict.
Looking at the changes from 1.13.0 and 1.13.1, we didn't touch anything with closing of inventories. I'll check pre-1.13.0.

When we add Featherboard, the no collision is overridden, and players can colide again.
