if you didn't change it, by default it is set to H2 so it's in a .h2 file in your LuckPerls folder

You can achieve this with Citizens and CitizensCMD. I'm not an expert with neither Guilds nor citizens, so not sure how you would manage depositing/withdrawing X amount by interacting with an NPC.
Best bet from my own knowledge around it is to add Deposit ALL(Left click) & withdraw ALL(Right click).
Someone else in here might have a better suggestion for how to better achieve your goals 🙂

Stay LP, it's way better and has lot more functionnalities, if you want to edit your perms in a file, you can just use YAML as storage-method even if sometimes you can make mistakes in files that destroy the datas, but you can even use the Web Editor.
