Hey all. I use EzRanksPro and LuckPerms and have use two different tracks for donor's/staff. However when someone becomes a donor it appears that they can't rankup and they get the message "You have no rankups available at your current rank". Does anyone have experience with this issue? Thanks. 😃

Frosty, I'm still a bit confused. My punish gui works, it's setup in the config.yml, I got a new folder with gui menus labeled for it, and made a new .yml in there and had the same test setup as the other one. But it wouldn't load when I entered in the command to open the second gui?

Frosty, I'm still a bit confused. My punish gui works, it's setup in the config.yml, I got a new folder with gui menus labeled for it, and made a new .yml in there and had the same test setup as the other one. But it wouldn't load when I entered in the command to open the second gui?

1 Go to config.yml and make an entry for your menu

**2** Reload the plugin, twice `/dm reload`
**3** You will see a new folder called `gui_menus` and your menu should be there
**4** Open that menu and either start edit it or use the menu maker <https://helpch.at/dmm>
**5** You are done!
