DeluxeMenus doesn't fully support Minecraft 1.13.x as of now.
You can use it on 1.13.x and it will run, but you're limited to the item-names and IDs of 1.12.x and older (And you also have to use the old item-names and not the new from 1.13).
There is no ETA on when 1.13 support will be added. Please stay patient.

Currently having a problem with PEX, its showing VIP yet there is not a VIP Group. (Cant post image) When attemping to delete this group it just says error, I cannot delete the two groups that show up (prefix & Default)

Yet when i type /pex user Frasers group set VIP (Vip+, VIP++,VIP+++ and so on) I get a new prefix and different permissions.

That epic bosses says it does everything i need like the top three players to deal damage get different rewards the skills but I trust you when you say avoid it

@topaz sky First reason I say that is because plugin is legit like double its size because of it being ingame configuration

also people say its buggy now

Yeah saw the reviews on spigot about the gui editor

the original developer that made it made it really good

He had it all configurations which made it easier which is what I am using

There was also a ton of addons made which now dont work with the latest version
