The live viewer counter no longer works for my YouTube and Twitch channels. How can I get this information back?
I am currently on Streamlabs OBS, connected to my YouTube account.

Thank you! I’m afraid I’m not able to reproduce this yet and I’m not seeing similar reports from users who faced this bug before.
Could you please check if this is an issue only with the chat embed dock or if you’re seeing the same thing with the Chat desktop app as well? You can download it here https://restream.io/chat
Additionally, do you see the little dropdown icon in your chat, next to your stream’s name? The fact that it’s activated and the dropdown is showing means there may be an additional stream setup in there. If you’ve selected a stream setup with the same name but that’s not actively being streamed to, it could explain the discrepancy. Check if the active live stream is hidden behind the dropdown menu.

Why the viewer count isn't updating
Several users have reported that Restream Chat no longer displays the viewer count in real time, even though the main dashboard does.
This behavior appears to be related to an update or a deliberate limitation of the chat application, which is no longer synchronizing viewer counts for performance or cross-platform compatibility reasons.
