Wondering why there is no mission chain to get engine to 20. Is it not a primairy skill?
I see them for: Piloting, Weaponry, Shielding, Radar, Electrical engineering even cloaking but not for engine....
Just upgraded it from 19 > 20 and went to sol, but nothing, can't remember it been there for the lower levels also.

Are you talking about the mission chains at the central station in Sol?
Go to Micron, there you'll find a person, they will give you details of what you must do specifically and in a bit more depth, all I know is that you'll need to complete the Blue Race Course.
This will also require that you are at least level 21```its right in the Get them all to 20! mission
They're not sperated but grouped
It won't appear until you have all your core skills to at least 19.
There is no individual ones for 20

Never mind, i was talking about this one, but it is just there on alt. I thought it was missing on the main i was playing on.
