Plus. There’s no health cap in 2016. In Eternal, a killing blow (if the damage isn’t too extreme) will set your health to 5HP. In 2016, there’s nothing like that. So if you’re at 30 HP and something hits you with 31 damage, you die.
Eternal would just set your HP to 5 to give you basically a second chance

Honestly Eternal was a lot more gritty and apocalyptic looking during the quakecon gameplay. If the lighting wasn’t butchered, it’d probably feel a bit like 2016 in terms of atmosphere. I would like to see a nice balance between both games for the next installment. If there is one, which there probably will be.

On a blind run, if you choose to to look for secrets and explore and challenge yourself. It’ll probably take around 15 hours. Eternal’s campaign isn’t much longer. The levels are longer, that’s about it. Most secrets aren’t as well hidden as 2016’s
