One leads to an argent cell and a dead end
The other leads to the yellow door which you cannot get
The last route takes you to the yellow keycard
Upon getting the yellow keycard you can go through the yellow door. From there you get the blue keycard
After that you enter the blue room
Assuming you followed it in this order you only have the bottom most gore nest left

No upgrades is certainly a pretty tough run
Of course your main combo weapons will be ssg, rpg, and gauss
By no upgrades if that also means no mods that indeed makes your weapons quite limited
Pretty leaves you with just ssg, gauss. Rpg. Ssg. Chaingun.
The ultimate go to combo will probably be firing 2 rockets for every 1 gauss shot

Each has it's own way. The most common is the 16:9 horizontal.

The GL is pretty slow in the beginning; you might be trying to fire too early after your last shot.
If you're asking if you can upgrade everything in one run: Yes, if you find every secret and do almost all of the combat and challenges. There's a little bit of wiggle room if you miss a challenge here or there.

wiggle room meaning room for error. If you do everything (all combat, all challenges, all suit points) you end up with some extra left over, i.e. you can miss a couple things and still be all right.

The only thing I can think of is hitting "Restart Mission" when you mean to hit "Load Last Checkpoint." Restarting the mission does reset all your progress, loading the last check point won't.

My biggest issues are these
The first 5 levels are much too slow. I understand being a new reboot it wanted to have time to
gradually bring players into the game. But after just one play through it is very painfully slow.
Nightmare complaints:
Getting only 5hp from a glory kill while being under 50% health is stupid. There is no reason this should occur. Likewise all health and armor pickups give nothing. And there are pretty much no ways to get health and armor
So when you are hurt, you are now forced to play passively to not die
Imps are the only actual threat in this game, they basically have aimbot.
Once you beat the game, only the last 3-4 levels can be replayed. The rest are too easy maxed out to be any sort of fun.

@elder meadow They are not cute but they are the most badass thing D2016 has to offer. I may be too much into lore but I always hated Barons for their "high and mighty" attitude (towards lesser demons) and I liked the Imps. They are small, but agile and fighters not to underestimate.

Summoner is nothing special at HMP - they will become high priority on Nightmare. I remeber my fist playthrough on HMP - I was worried about: Hell Knight, Imps, Soldiers, Hell Razers, but that weird flying teleporting thing called Summoner went down without causing any damage. They are much more mobile and aggressive on higher difficulties.

Agreed, they might be a bit tricky in the early game with some spawns tho (on nightmare), like in the foundry's last fight, since you're gonna fight 2 of them while dealing with some imps and hell razers, however stun bomb+lock on burst is really efficient against them, once you get siege mode they basically become jokes

When they charge and start running at you they will not be able to turn. And they wont stop until they hit a walla or run so much. You can double jump or go left or right to dodge them. And then you can use super shotgun on their back. They dont have a armor there so you can kill them easily from there
It would be a lot of easier if you mastered super shotgun. Cuz they may not die in one shot if you are not close enough or you are in ultra violence or nightmare

The way they did the gun is that the Single fire version was nerfed because it was made to balance with the Double Trouble upgrade
