I want to add on to the earlier conversation about dropping soda and drinking more water and someone said they found that water tasted gross. I want to say that I was there once too and a solution I found that I recommend is an air up water bottle. It's a water bottle you put scented pods in that if you don't think about tricks your brain into thinking the water is flavored with the pod. After three separate attempts, I finally managed to get AMD's software to let me download the actual latest drivers for my GPU, for some reason it was defaulting to a very outdated driver. hey Thor part 2, it almost feels physically painful to try to get myself to use this skills after my brain has decided it has finished learning about it. So, hear me out, We feed 1 mod into another mod to get a level 2 mod (2x efficiency), then we repeat it, feeding a level 2 into another level 2 (4x efficiency), making a level 3, so on. Basically, the formula for efficiency level would be 2^n, where n is the level of efficiency.
