Then do what you want to do, be that making a game or making an engine. A reason I myself wanted to make an engine is because I wanted to use C++ but Unreal is too hard. What it does is generate randomized sound effects that fit into commonly-used categories. For example, you click "Explosion", and you get an infinite amount of sounds that appear to be explosions. You can even manually tweak the generated file afterwards with a bunch of sliders. Turns out our weld machines feed wire in inches per minute, and with some calulations 5 hours of welding at 375 IPM leads to almost 2 miles of wire. So in total these locomotive easily surpass 5+ miles of weld wire from start to finish.
