The only way is with specific gear from towers; most characters have a set of two pieces of gear (only diamonds and ascended golds can do brutalities). They are overall pretty hard to get unless you spend money on brutality packs.

@dawn iron No, that's the consoles. Mkm your just fighting the other players saved team presets. And when you fight them, its vs an Ai controlling them, so the fights are easy. Unless the players have Op equipment or a good team synergy.
Its just like the 3v3 Ai vs mode in Mk11. You give them good equipments, level them up and that's that.

Lvl them up
I would mix low lvl chars with higher lvl chars & put them into challenges & faction wars to lvl them up. Once they reach lvl 40 u can use lvl up cards to speed it up

@midnight mango Hell no!! A better Mk11 starter would be Jade or Scorpion, they are easier to get FX. I'm a pRo and I still don't have Mk11 Rain Fx, but I don't spend $$ on characters. And you can get a free mk11 Jade by loging in your MkX account with mkm.
