Monetization Memberships: Add option to take larger cut for MEE6 Lifetime Premium

Currently, MEE6 takes a 5% cut out off every subscription through the new membership feature. There should be an option that can be enabled (disabled by default) for servers who don't have premium to take a larger cut and that portion is added up until it reaches the cost of a MEE6 Premium Lifetime (currently at $89.90 USD).

Once it reaches that amount, that server gains MEE6 Lifetime Premium.

I 100% agree with this, Allow users to permit users and/or roles in to their hidden or locked channels is a must for premium users. Discord doesn't allow users to join the channel even if it is hidden with an invite link. It only works if you manually add them to the list of users yourself. So please add this feature for temp channels It's great for events or gaming when you have a set team or role you wish to join but lock out other users from joining. 👍🏻

When people write !levels in the commands channel, its ok, it works, it shows you your lvl, but you dont want let people to be able to use !levels in general channels. You could use the ban command in channels features, but that would left another bot message and you just want the channel to be clean. If you use the dm response option, it would affect the commands channel too. The thing is, it would be cool to add a feature that you can tell the bot that if someone writes certain command in certain channel, just ignore it.

Good evening, I have a few suggestions for Mee6.

1: add !remove songname or number, instead of going to the site to do it
2: add !loop song and !loopqueue to loop a song or a queue instead of having to go to the site in order to loop a queue
3: 24/7 mode make it more clear that it says in the vc and doesn't play for 24hrs
4. radio option to pick a radio stations and it plays
5. Make social plugins have leeway's let users set at least 5 of each to have a feel of the plugin or even 2
6. fix economy plugin, the boost doesn't align with the dates, explained in #〉bugs-reports twice but hasn't been seen
7. add dash audit logs
8. Level backups so if moderators delete the levels only server owners can retrieve backups
9. Make music more stable because it isn't clear sometimes
10. music bass boost !boost low, med, high

Can the gamble cap (currently: 240) please be increased? Every server has their own economy standards and worth, and it would really open the door to more customisation and rebalancing.

In my perspective, the 240 cap doesn't make a lot of sense, as high custom gamble maximums aren't damaging to MEE6, and allows more risky games (instead of being forced to low amounts).

MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.
Premium helps us to support MEE6 and to keep the MEE6 dream going, without it, there wouldn't be a MEE6, as you can't run bots like this for free, it's not possible.

Just in case, I'd like to suggest a level function. We chat a lot while using Discord, but we often use voice to talk with people. So, I hope that Level can get Level Exp by using voice channels other than chatting. Username Filter

When a user joins the server, have MEE6 put a nickname on them if they have a "bad word" the owner/admin specifies or are hoisting. The name MEE6 gives the user can be set on the MEE6 Dashboard.

Also relates to usernames with !, zalgo or strange characters.

There needs to be a method to organise embeds. By Channel would be a good start. Then being able to archive posts in that channel like Announcements etc .. which you won't be going back to but make for a lot of scrolling. So each Channel has an Archive folder too.

MEE6 could become one of the best overall bots if it allowed the ability to add bots with in it .. so rather than having lots of bots in my server Mee6 manages them all and my server only shows one bot.

Suggestion: Add Command To Give XP to All Users On Leaderboard

The command could be: !give-xp-all <Amount>. Upon executing the command, it asks for a confirmation. If the confirmation is agreed to, every user on the leaderboard gains that amount of XP. Should definitely not be enabled for @ everyone by default. Obviously, just like the current command /give-xp, this could also be a Premium feature as well.

Usage
I thought of this suggestion because it would be nice to give every leaderboard member a 'bonus' in some aspect. For example, the holidays are coming soon and I was thinking to give holiday XP to those who have participated in the server..

Suggestion: Custom Reaction Buttons (Different than reaction roles)

Allowing Custom Buttons to be set up similar to custom commands with the ability to assign roles, respond with information, etc. (could potentially allow for the removal of reaction roles in short term, and custom commands in long term)
Responses could be made so only the user who selected the button can see the responses.

Benefits:

-Decrease Clutter

-Easier user accessibility without having to search for custom commands (buttons could be in one post, with buttons labeled as commands, and with only users able to see their own responses it would decrease the odds of getting buried).

-Takes advantage of the new Discord updates with never before seen possibilities.

-More customiztion options to fit multiple server styles.

Anti-spam function: As MEE6 is such a widely spread and used bot, it might be valuable to add in a function recognising Discord spam links (the stearncommunity and dicsord ones etc), that by default deletes the message, and potentially kicks too. There's a list on GitHub (https://github.com/DevSpen/links/ > src > links.txt) with over 2000 famous spam URL's used on Discord. Would be a really valuable function and is frankly not that hard to integrate, but with MEE6 y'all have the power to pretty much take on the issue at the root 😄

I'd even consider having it turned on by default (whether or not to give the ability to turn it off idk), so people will less likely fall victim to these scams and get their personal and bank info stolen

Currently the seup of "NO XP roles" only partial works for my needs. My server is setup for members and viewers. But once members reach rank 10 they can view other channels like give-a-ways etc. I would like my viewers to gain rank as well but not have that ability. With the current architecture if I exclude viewers from gaining rank then all is good but members that have the viewer role as well as the member role also can't gain rank, which is causing me a problem. It would be nice if we could just assign the roles that do gain rank.

Yeah just tested some stuff. when someone gets the muted role they are still able to talk in channels because of the way my discord perms are setup. This cannot be changed for some channels if they have it setup in a certain way. If the muted role was able to delete other roles upon assignment and even possibly assign a custom one, this would be fixed. Can't even moderate properly with the limited amount of customization.

It'd be nice if we can resend embeds from the embed plugin when their messages are deleted. Currently the embeds just disappear from the dashboard when the messages are deleted from Discord. That would make it also possible to reorder them, if you for example use them in an info channel and want to add an embed between them. You can then just delete them and resend all embeds in the right new order.

Seems to me like the economy usable items could use some work. Right now, the only thing it seems usable items are for is sending a message, but ideally, it would be great to have the usable item do something, like, grant xp at either a fixed amount, or a variable %. Or even grant a full level-up, no matter how much xp you have left to next level.

Add a functionality to the server economy system whereby upon purchase of an item, it removes it from the shop. This expands the functionality use for items such as game CD keys, once somebody purchases a key, the DM with the code is sent and the item is removed from the store, preventing duplicate key purchases. (Currently, if using the shop for this, X amount of people can purchase the same code unless manually removed.)

This will greatly increase the usability of the shop, making it much more appealing to premium users

Allow custom command aliases to be added. For instance if I want the command !wiki to do the same thing as !wikipedia I can simply add !wiki as an alias for !wikipedia instead of having to create a whole !wiki command that does the same thing as !wikipedia.

Hey guys, how about adding a form feature to the bot? I believe Dyno has introduced this to their bot. Users can fill out a form by pressing a link the bot issues. This takes them to a custom form page you have created. The admin can see all form submissions as well as there data - time stamps etc.. maybe u guys already had this idea. Something simple but would be cool, lemme know what u think 🙂

Also another suggestion would be to create an auto responder. E.g. set trigger words or sentences for the bot to scan in chat (usually questions that are commonly asked or spammed in chat) and auto respond to them.

Improve economy and level plugin and merge it. Let people claim daily money and xp. Earn xp and money every x posts. Let user send i dont know 5 coins to someone who posted something usefull and that 5 coins remove from that user who send it. This is for motivation people more post.

Coins will be "tradable" from / to user for good posts. For enough coins you then buy something on shop (roles, items)
XP will be as now added on every post, on enough xp you will get levels and with enough level will get role. And would be nice,add option for role you will get from levels, that role will be limited on period. I dont know lvl 20 (+-200 comments) you will get VIP for 1 month. With VIP you will get access to VIP channels and after 1 month it will again remove that role and you again must earn that levels.

And with that merge economy will be good.

I currently use the Unbelievable economy, and for me it's one of the best. But, I want to use MEE6's, to get everything I want in a single bot.

I think a fair few of us feel the economy could do with a bit more added to it and a bit more customisation. I definitely think being able to change the minimum gamble amount would be nice. Adding a few more games .. and some pvp games.

As i'm using the Leveling-System on my Server i'm using only one Channel for the Moderator-Commands they can use. For example if a User used Channel-Points on my Twitch Account to get Discord-XPs my Moderators or me uses "!give-xp". When i want to customize the command on the mee6-site i only can add banned Channels but not allowed Channels and since i have a lot of channels its a (sorry for my choice of words) pain in the ||ass|| to put in every single channel that has to be banned.

I think this idea would also keep the Database a little more clear if there are more of my type who likes to have a single Channel for such things.

Would it be possible to add a set of commands to configure what notifications the bot will PM. Personally I have been getting annoyed at excessive level up notifications as I interact with this bot in many different servers. Suggestion: remove all roles automatically when an individual is muted, then, after the mute runs out regain the roles lost.

Objective: removes permission conflicts from other roles by making mute the primary/only role.
Issues: discord granular hierarchy within channels can easily convolute permissions and cause conflict with moderation restrictions.
Example: muted individual being able to send messages in certain channels.

For Custom Commands I would love to have more actions! It looks like it's capped at 5 actions per command. What I'm trying to do is make 1 command lets say (!color) and it gives you a random color, however I'd also like to be able to set the chance of that 'random' action to occur.

If you allow unlimited actions, I could just create a ton of actions. However if you could add a % chance for a specific action to occur, that would be even better!

I have setup the temporary channels in combination with the creation of a text channel to give the commands. However in the text channel there will be a list of all available commands while I have setup that users can't use all the commands based upon their role.

Could it be made that only the command the're able to use are shown in the embed message?

It would be great if there was a way to increase the xp rate earned for server members who have boosted a given server.
