This way the owner can allow only people that have experience with the bot to have access and inexprienced / rouge moderators / admins are unable to access it and cause grief such as level resets/timer grief and command deletion because they would be restricted.

Could you add allowed channels as well so commands may only be used in those channels, or maybe a bulk banned channel list that covers all commands in a plugin.
It's kind of pain to go through each command and ban all the same channels for plugins such as the music plugin.
Maybe even just add a dropdown box to select music channel like the bot logging channel.
Add !remove [playlist position] command.
Add !clear-playlist command.
Add !clear-infractions [user] command.
Add !remove-infraction [user] [infraction id or number position] command.
Add !afk [message] command - Has bot respond with message when you are mentioned and afk.(afk off when you say something)
!infractions without user lists all users with infractions and infraction count.
Bot doesn't give any sort of feedback when using !stop, !play, or !next it would be nice to have some sort of confirmation.

I don't know if this is too much or impossible but can members get xp for joining voice channels. Like maybe 15-25 xp every 5 minutes someone is in a voice channel, or better yet, allow us to pick the amount of xp a certain voice and text channel gives. I have a lot of members on my server who would be at a higher level if voice channels gave xp because they voice chat more than chat.
