Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using the correct account and the MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

Yes I can see why they might do that, but not keeping admins happy isn't a great idea. If some admins dump MEE6 because of this and use other bots instead, that's less MEE6 servers for Pro users to use it in, and then less incentive for people to buy Pro because their servers switched to XXX bot.
It's a balancing act that the devs need to get right to keep everyone happy and the money rolling in. 🙂

You can also use /dashboard in your server for a direct link to your dashboard.

MEE6 says I have no servers, but that's not true...

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

The third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discord.com/channels/@me in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm the action

2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout

3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in the upper right corner
3.2 In the new window log in to Discord. After that, you will be redirected back to the MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using the correct account and the MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

P.S. If you're on mobile and some elements are not visible, enable Desktop site mode or switch screen to Landscape (vertical) mode.

Better than an intro channel, you can use the custom commands

To make it work seamlessly:

1. Create a dedicated channel for newcomers

2. Visit https://mee6.xyz/dashboard/ -> Welcome -> Use the channel ID (of the dedicated channel) and ask the users to use a custom command !reply, for example.

3. Now, visit https://mee6.xyz/dashboard/ -> Custom commands -> select the bot sends reply in channel -> insert "{user} reply is: {...}

Remember to send the reply to a channel only you can see

So you have:

• 2 channels (one that newcomers can see and send their reply) and the other you will be the only one seeing their replies

• You will need to direct them to that channel in the welcome message

Getting IDs on Discord

Discord objects (user profile/server/messages) are composed by IDs.

Currently, there are two ways of getting those.

• 1st - With Dev Mode

1. From your computer
1.1 Click on your User Settings (\⚙ icon)
1.2 Click on Advanced and enable Developer Mode

2. From your mobile
2.1 Swipe to the right (to open the bottom menu)
2.2 Click on the bottom right tab (your profile)
2.3 Click on Appearance/Behavior, enable the Developer mode

Now, from your computer, all you have to do is right-click the objects, and copy its id.

If you're on mobile, you just need to long press, or click on objects to grab its ids.

• 2nd - Without Dev Mode

You simply put \ in front of the object's mention (Users/Roles/Channels/Emojis respectively):
