It’s probabaly a JavaScript keylog. I’ve been subject to one years ago when I visited what I thought was a Habbo fansite (Habbo Hotel radio thing) and pop ups asked me to accept Java/Shockwave.

Pretty hard to get rid of. You have to go through loads of spyware scans and nonsense
