- Make sure Levels is Enabled.
- Check that you do not have a banned role in the levels configuration, and that you aren't in a banned channel either.
- Make sure that I can see the channel you are talking in with "Read Messages" and send messages with "Send Messages".

If you changed your rank card, and MEE6 is showing you the wrong one when you use !rank here's what to do:
1. Go to: https://mee6.xyz/#rank-card
2. Click on the "Visibility" tab and wait for it to load.
3. Select what servers you would like your rank card/server card to be displayed in.
4. Or go to the server leaderboard where your rank card is not showing, and turn off/on the server rank card there.

Hello, we use Mee6 on our Community Discord from MckyTV with 80.000 Members and the tempban function dont work anymore. If we ban someone for a certain period of time, that person is permanently banned and we get the following error message:

Not sure whether to consider this a "Bug" or a "suggestion". I also reported this to the maker of the "Suggestions" bot as well.
I have both your bot and the Suggestions Bot on my server. One particular interaction I get is that you guys have a logging feature for logging when messages are deleted by a "moderator". It even specifically has an option for ignoring actions taken by other bots, which I have checked.
Suggestions are made via the "Suggestions" bot and then the Suggestions bot deletes the message and posts it to another channel.
For whatever reason though the "Suggestions" bots action of "deleting" the suggestion message is not seen by MEE6 as an action taken by a bot and it logs every message deleted by the Suggestions bot in my logging channel. Not sure if this is an issue with how their bot is deleting the message or how MEE6 is determining that an action was taken by a bot. Either way I'd appreciate if you could look into it! Thank you 🙂

@ripe igloo so iirc, that feature means that deleted messages that were from bots aren't logged. but mee6 doesn't really check to see who deleted that message, so it can't see if was an action made by a bot

@marble quest I find that counter-intuitive. If I made an option called "Don't log actions by bots" and then a bot performed an action listed in the moderator section, I would not log any "moderator" action logged by a bot.
@wooden mountain Per what you said, If it doesn't perform like its worded, either the wording is incorrect, or its not functioning properly.
Either way, I would consider the feature broken. (either broken because of an incorrect explanation of functionality or of function) As a web developer myself, proper documentation is something I highly value and I think its extremely important for users to understand what a feature does. This is honestly a pretty normal developer issue. Dev's are good at making things, sometimes not so good at documenting it properly.
Revised Bug Report:
- The feature "Do not log actions made by bots" either does not work correctly or is not properly explained.
- If the feature does not do what is advertised or currently explained. A feature to do what is currently understood should be implemented so that other bots in the discord channel do not trigger auto-moderation logging. After all, in this case, I don't need two messages every time someone posts a suggestion via my suggestions bot, one for the posted suggestion and one for deleted message. But I also want to know when messages are deleted as that is helpful.

in order for Mee6 to find your YouTube channel, you need:
- 3 or more videos
- your the most viewed video needs to have sufficient views
- it takes some time (up to couple days) for YouTube to index your channel
only once YouTube has indexed your channel, we will be able to find it.
