Custom commands:

‣ Muted role is above Mee6's role. Bot can't give roles that higher than his own. Move it down.

@twilit glen the server youre trying to send the image on has a high level of moderation filter in their server settings. If its your server you can try and lower the moderation settings to send that image.

Your Discord client looks at the image and if it thinks it sees something inappropriate it will stop the image from sending.
Try cropping the image to a different part, this sometimes helps.

I.e. MEE6 is missing either send messages in that channel, or read messages.

MEE6 says I have no servers, but that's not true...

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

Third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discordapp.com/app in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm action
2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on avatar icon in upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout
3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in upper right corner
3.2 In new window login to Discord. After that you will be redirected back to MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using correct account and MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

Hey, I get a 500 code error whenever I try creating and putting a message in the MEE6 plug timer. For the 3rd day in a row now, I don't receive messages in a specific room. I've tried deleting the messages including the webhooks and recreating them but I still get the error code.

@livid fog this means you have too many webhooks in the chanel you are trying to add a new one to.
go to channel settings > webhooks > remove the ones you dont need.

you have a maximum of 10 webhooks per channel, this is a Discord limitation

Bug with the welcome plugin's website ui. Have the plugin configured, go into the page, edit what the pm, and click save and it saves but the save bar doesnt go away.

I'm 100% sure that I have words that are not allowed in the server listed in the filter and that they don't have any bot master roles and that all of the channel they are talking in is not an ignored channel, but there is a member in my server that is somehow not getting warned by MEE6 when she says a swear word.

And she is not even using the spoiler feature either.

are you sending messages in the channel? MEE6 will only send the timer if people are talking in the channel the timer is in.
Also error 500, is a problem on your side, meaning you have too many webhooks in a channel, you are limited to 10 per channel because of Discord.

Go to Channel settings > webhooks > remove the ones you dont need

When you create a custom commands and type #, the bot will bring a pop-up of the text channels on your server it has access to see. But, when you pick a channel for that box and submit it and go do the command, the bot doesn't have the blue highlight it is meant to show. Hey there, I've realized something strange is happening with the MEE6 command use permissions, and that is that this command apparently denies the permission to a role (Helper) with that same role in the ALLOWED ROLES box. Apparently members with the Helper role still can't use that command. Also, it turns out that these commands are very needed for server moderation (pre-warn commands). I don't know what it is, or if I did something wrong, but this is a problem a want to find a fix to as soon as possible.

Over the last few years the bot has exploded in popularity, and is now in millions of servers.
The computing power needed to simply run such a bot is immense, and the resources in terms of server rentage is big, which we pay out of our own pocket.
Making the Role Rewards a premium feature is not as a cash grab, but as an attempt of simply keeping the bot online.

Role-rewards
For old servers that added MEE6 BEFORE 9/1/19 to their server role-rewards are free.
For new servers that only recently added MEE6 you will need premium.

We made this change because MEE6 takes a lot of time, maintenance and development, and this is not free.
Premium helps us to support MEE6 and to keep the MEE6 dream going, without it, there wouldnt be a MEE6, as you can't run bots like this for free, its not possible.

We try to keep as much as possible of MEE6 free but this is just not possible.

If user got Muted role but still can talk means there's issue with your channel permissions
