Mee6 has manage roles permission on my server, but is unable to grant the ranks awarded when reaching a level on the "Levels" module. Is this normal?

in the role menu: check if mee6 role is ABOVE the roles that he need to give to people, users can only give roles that are lower then there own role

I'm not sure what's going on but lately I've had several commands just vanish without any intervention from myself. They worked when I made them and worked for a good while after but a couple have randomly disappeared recently. For instance, I've got a series of commands like goodbye1/goodbye2/goodbye3/etc that link some gif or image. For some reason goodbye1 and goodbye2 are just gone now

got a bug report for you guys. i have the twitch & co plugin enabled in our channel, and whenever one of our users go live on hitbox it announces their twitch channel instead. the notification is set to notify for both his twitch and hitbox channels. correct behaviour would be to announce his hitbox channel.

not sure if known but when you visit the dashboard on an ipad (any ios device im guessing) and go to the Moderator section it will clear out your 'Moderator Roles' and its not just visual. if you save the page it will actually remove them. same with Levels and the 'Banned Roles'

last night i went into the dashboard on my ipad and into the Moderator plugin. previously I had a role in the 'Moderator Roles' section (to be able to use the moderator commands.) on the ipad it did not show the role. I thought it was just visual, so i updated the plugin anyway. today i looked on the computer and it cleared out the 'Moderator Roles' section of the plugin, so it was not just visual

I think I found a bug. I noticed that the bot gives Role Rewards as the bot has to. But If I remove manuelly a lower Reward Role given by the bot. The bot added that Role to the player after a few seconds again. So you can't remove any Reward Role from a player if the Level of the Player is higher than the needed level for the Reward. Is taht allready known?

If you notice a Twitch Streamer isn't Announcing from Mee6:

Check that the Stream can be found on: 'https://www.twitch.tv/directory'.
If you cannot find the Streamer on the Directory, Then it is possibly the Streamers Settings.
- Ask the streamer to Disable the "Hide in Stream Directory" Option.

If you can find the Streamer, Then check your Mee6 Configuration.
- If the Streamer URL is 'http://www.twitch.tv/<streamer>' ; Then you only enter "<streamer>" as the Streamer's Name.

Yes, I can see if they have to rejoin that it would not be good if it changed the stuff but if they are not in the server after some time passes why keep them on the rank list which can prove unfair for some people?

Like if they are not in the server for a long time or if they get banned autoremove them from the ranking list.

I am basically saying that the vWS (voice websocket sometimes gives a HTTP Error code of 1000) for me randomly. Which in return crashes the Main Websocket. Meaning it makes the bot actually go offline.

Discord has problems with frankfurt voice servers please change your discord server place from frankfurt to London or ect. to make music bot work again if he doesn't connect to voice channel

I had put it in 152629740170117122 and then the people there decided they didn't want him so I kicked him. He rejoined today sometime between 5-8am while I was away... Presumably after your 30 min MAINTENANCE Server upgrade incoming

Bot seems to be having issues once issued the !leave command, everything works fine until then, it wont leave, and reconnecting to the voice channel just causes it to stay at "Connecting to Voice... Please wait...". if i change the discord server from US East to anywhere else it will say it successfully connected but then ignores leave command saying it wasnt connected yet. i kicked bot from server and readded it and it worked fine, until i told it to leave the voice chat and the problem came back

Voice State Update
Looks like there was a bug in last night's deploy that's preventing bots from disconnecting from voice. We'll fix it with a hotfix tonight.

Check that the Stream can be found on: 'https://www.twitch.tv/directory'.
If you cannot find the Streamer on the Directory, Then it is possibly the Streamers Settings.
- Ask the streamer to Disable the "Hide in Stream Directory" Option.

If you can find the Streamer, Then check your Mee6 Configuration.
- If the Streamer URL is 'http://www.twitch.tv/<streamer>' ; Then you only enter "<streamer>" as the Streamer's Name.

[!] After following those steps, if all else fails; Contact Support or Cookie
