So I started the guild creation process after working towards the essence for a while,

I paid the essence and mid typing the name a match started
(i didn't realise i was in que when i started the process)

after the match ive lost all my essence (aka paid) but cant continue the creation process

I'm Ideally Looking for the essence refunded or guild creation
happened around 00:00 on the 26/03/24

Did you try to restart the game? It will prompt you to create the guild again if the process hasn't finished
