New Dual Build Classic mode bug

I've encountered a couple of instances where I've been entirely unable to build during the first wave of the new dual build game mode. My partner and others in the lobby had no problem buiding on wave 1. I would try to place a unit and be greeted by the red error text associated with requesting to dual build.

This has happened even after clicking and having the teammate accept. I'm not sure how repeatable the bug is. I know this is circumstantial evidence. I've encountered the bug twice during the current hot build mode rotation.

Hmm this should've been fixed already, we will take another look, sorry about that

Looks like you were still on an older version with the client in which the hotfix wasn't applied. However if you restarted steam inbetween now it should be fixed
