It's really annoying when you're in a group of randoms and the other team is all grouped so they all vote against income and chill and then coordinate sends in a way your team can't. Would really like for ties to default to income and chill for that reason. I'm at the point where I'd rather just leave the game, take the leaver penalty, then waste my time playing against that level of coordination for 25+ minutes.

I dont agree with forcing a tie to activate it. I think if anything a Tie defaulting to not active is the better way to go.
Ranked is not Income and Chill friendly, and tbh is going to make you a better player for Classic if you can get to at least gold in ranked.
As I feel it at least shows you know the basics of the game.
Before I beat Diamond Bot all I ever did was lose in classic unless I got carried.
Learning what worked in 2v2 helped immensely with knowing what can work in 4v4 weirdly enough, just because you better understand what can and won't break your lanes in a more controlled setting.
