#UI gets in the way of King Upgrades

Is there any way to adjust elements of the UI? I literally can't click on some of the King Upgrades because it's hidden behind another element. I'm on 1366x768 resolution, Fullscreen, lowest graphics settings.

You can move parts of the UI by holding CTRL+Shift. You can also try to scale the UI down in the Interface settings. (UI Scaling)
