The ability from the last boss would make a fantastic way to decide if you can affort to build that 0.2+ myth or you need to be save for the way higher damage.

im not sure about details because im not good with the actual balancing, but i think the general idea would be worthwhile

in its current form, it would be way too strong for PVP play since its balanced for an AI to be able to use it and feel fairish
human with critical thinking plays it properly it would be pretty toxic
