I bought TM Lagoon on Steam and it did registred on my year old account i dont use at all (despite having removed it multiple times)... I then tried to rebuy on Ubi Connect but it didnt redeemed at all (or double redeemed on my old acc). Then bought a Ubi Key only to find out that those for Lagoon do not work ingame so I redeemed on Ubi Connect App and it STILL wasn't on my actual account. In other words: I cant fully remove my old account I havent even used ONCE on my PC and bought Lagoon three times and did get it only one... Ubi Support just said sorry three times and closed the ticket, didnt even want to help or give me a refund...

Currently none of the tm2 games work at all if you buy them on ubisoft connect. Not sure how to get it to properly link to your new account when buying from steam, but definately refund on ubisoft connect
