My friend bought the paid subscription a few weeks ago. for some reason, he cannot see public records. Normally it is only medals. Rarely, he can see top World times. However continent, country, and regional records are always unavailable. It would jump from World to straight to medals. But again it is usually only Medal times he can see. He does have the full game version and does have an in-game region set and can see region ranks on maps and campaigns.
