#Is 'Ubisoft Nadeo' account still active and is there any alternative account to reach out if not?

I've had an exchange with them about 6-7 months ago around one of the issues from [this](#useful-links message) list. There was supposed to be a follow-up conversation and I reached out a few times since then but got no reply and I can't remember seeing them online once in this peroid. So does anyone know if Ubisoft Nadeo account is still active and is there any alternative account to reach out if not?

it's still the correct account
I assume there won't be much activity around the holidays, but it should be in use again now
depending on the topic you might not be guaranteed to get a response - but if they told you they'll reach out again, I would expect that they will once they find the time
as the message says, the only alternative is Ubisoft support

The official Ubisoft Discord server is the place for getting official support. Once you've joined, make sure you grab the Trackmania role (using the #🎮roles channel) to get access to the Trackmania-related channels.

Note that account-related issues can't be solved via Discord and need to be handled by submitting a ticket on the Ubisoft support website.
