I’ve had the game a while on my pc through steam and obviously it’s connected to a Ubisoft account. I’ve been playing on my Xbox as my pc no longer works.. I bought club acesss 01/01/25 through steam (also have the transaction history on Ubisoft website) and I’ve noticed I don’t have the club access on my Xbox as I do on the pc.. as to then I realised I wasn’t on the same Ubisoft account.. I’ve then unlinked my Ubisoft(Xbox) account and relinked it to the Ubisoft(pc) account.. restarted the game and I’m still club-acess..less? I don’t seem to have it even though it’s on that Ubisoft account now. I’ve now no idea how to get that access back or if it’s something I have to manually turn on or if Ubisoft support have to mess with it?

Trackmania (2020) subscriptions purchased on one platform are not shared with any other platforms - to get the same level of access on consoles/PC, you need to purchase the same subscription in the relevant store.

Note: Access is shared in the same platform family - for example, Club access purchased on your PlayStation 5 is also available on PlayStation 4.

Why?

The vast majority of games works the same way - to play a game on multiple different platforms, you are required to purchase it separately for each platform. The subscription model doesn't make a difference here.

This is due to platform restrictions (because the platform owners want to get a cut of every subscription on their systems), which is not something Nadeo or Ubisoft have any influence over.
The developers attempted to negotiate for a deal that would allow sharing subscriptions cross-platform, but it wasn't possible.

Unless you're fine with paying double, it's generally recommended to stick to one platform and purchase your subscription there.
