You bought Standard or Club access, but it hasn't updated in game yet? Here are a couple things you can try:

  1. Restart your game.
  2. Make sure Ubisoft Connect is not in Offline mode.
  3. Fully restart Ubisoft Connect (don't just hide the window, make sure it's really closed before you restart it).
  4. Access level updates shouldn't take longer than a few hours - if that happens to you (and you've got confirmation that your purchase went through), talk to Ubisoft support (or wherever you bought the game).
