2 days ago my game started looking blurry, i've tried verifying game data, and changing some settings but nothing seems to have solved the problem also the blur is never visible on screenshots.

Make sure you have automatic fps disabled

And run the game ideally at your native screen resolution

you could also show screenshots of your ingame settings, that always helps too

did all of the things and the blur is reduced by alot

there is still blur but it's not noticeable
