Whenever I move my mouse, the game will freeze for a split second then carry on. But if I'm swinging the cursor around, then the framerate is like 1. Anyone else have this issue/know any solutions?

This seems to be a problem with Openplanet @stray haven.
Reduce the polling rate of your mouse, that should fix it.
