What should i do? When i aim train i lift my shoulder a bit to reduce friction, but when im playing games like valorant then i dont do it and i feel like there is much more friction, should i stop using my shoulder as much in training or should i use it more in games?

Your shoulder is a main part to aiming I wouldn’t cut it out the first question I have is how is your posture
