I suggest if you haven’t done this already go watch mattyows videos on how to static pasu control tracking any of his educational videos these will be very beneficial to you and could help keep you from stunting yourself. And yes videos of kovaaks

You have a lot of extra movement in this. Try slowing down, and focus on the next target before you flick and really try to shoot for high accuracy and to flick in front of target and letting the target run into your crosshairs before trying to implement speed.
