So i change my mouse grip alot but i always tend to come back to the 1-3-1 grip. My index finger is on left click , my middle finger just above my scroll wheel and my ring finger on my right click used to ads. I don't see many people use this grip unless its on apex. Anyone have any opinions on this grip whether it is good or bad?

As you said, many apex players that perform at an insane level use it so they can scroll and shoot at the same time. IMO that says enough; if you're comfy with it, go ahead!
