i play on aim lab on fov 103 and i see people play in less fov and hit more score than me so should i lower it or keep it im novice i play precise tracking

Use overwatch 103 not aimlabs 103 they’re different. Most scenarios are designed for overwatch 103. Use the cm/360° setting to change sensitivity (toggle advanced sensitivity settings)
