I'm no expert and don't know what I'm looking for but, the glaring issue I can see for myself is that I'm too jagged in my movements... Which makes zero sense because I'm applying very VERY minimal tension so there should be no stutters in places, I just don't know what to practice or where to go from here!

I did go from silver to near plat complete though this year so my mouse control has improved so that's something to be proud of!

In the static scenario you need to flick, but in the VOD you are more so dragging to the next target. Try to flick faster to the next target once you have shot. Since you confirm you are on target before shooting, there should be ZERO time between the shot and when you flick to the next target.

For tracking, you have literally zero fluidity and continuity. You get on target, then trail slightly behind and keep micro adjusting back onto it, but you do not match the target’s speed, so you trail behind again and then micro correct onto it again.

To build continuity and fluidity, you essentially have to stop aiming. When I say stop aiming, I mean you need to imagine the target dragging your crosshair and, most importantly, match the target speed. DRAG DRAG DRAG.

Do this instead. Drag after the bot at the same speed it is moving. If you start trailing behind, accelerate SMOOTHLY in the same motion you are already making until you catch up to the target. DO NOT instantly lock onto the target with a micro adjustment.
