So I've done my benchmarks and sadly I'm almost to embarrassed to post them here.
As I'm venturing in the lands of aim training i can see there's so much to learn about.
But i feel like the basis I'm currently working with is somehow incorrect.
When doing the aimlabs benchmarks i can see my aim is almost always lacking behind the target.
It looks like my brain isn't able to adjust quickly enough to randomized movement of the targets(over adjusting a lot) and as a result i can feel my hand tensing up and starting to cramp on the whole pinky side (righthanded).
I'm mainly playing tarkov which rarely needs the rapid movement tracking but ofcourse it will help a lot when tracking a target.
In Dutch we have a saying: I cant see the trees through the forest anymore. Which basically means I'm not seeing anything to start training on because of the sheer amount of improvement needed.
Anyone that can give a heading of where i should start?

Thanks a lot in advance if you do respond to this ❤️ much love
