i downgraded to a worse laptop and i can still play decent and im still playing and improving

i recommend getting a "real" gaming mouse

not some 70 gram weirdly shaped minecraft mouse

my first "real" gaming mouse was the viper mini

and my 2nd and current one is the vxe r1 pro

that makes the difference

also get a good to top tier mousepad

getting some aliexpress pads such as meow gaming gear is good

theres also the new "trash pad" get the 480x400 varient, 420x350 is small

thats just the brands name and it is good actually

get the pro red varient it is speed

as youre aim training you dont really need a hall effect keyboard but consider it

i do be playing res : 640 x 400 and if you play somewhere here or a bit higher you may scale higher 60s too low, too blurry, so go like 90 scale or 80 scale to compensate
