it's been a few months since I aim trained regularly. I quit for awhile and now everytime I try to do a task I'm always tensing and it's super hard to stop. Sometimes the burning feeling stays and I just can't tell if I'm tensing or not mid task and what it feels to NOT be tensing. Pretty much by the end of every task I end up in lockout
my scores are somewhat close together but I was trying to push the lowest ones back up
maybe my muscles are just underdeveloped now because I quit and I'm trying to compete with my top scores but it feels like I'm struggling a lot more than before
during that time as well I kinda stopped playing fps games when I quit aim training because alot of irl stuff came up and now I started getting back into games like valorant and apex and generally enjoy aim training as well on the side but I'm a bit frustrated lol
