i have a problem of tensing and pressing my mouse down too much especialy when playing games instead of the aim trainer. Are there any routines or things i should focus on to lose this habit?

I had the same exact problem for such a long time that I couldnt game for more than 1-2 hours at a time. The only thing that worked for me was spending a few days training my grip. I would go into a gaming session with the sole intention of working on my grip. I didnt focus on scores, wins, or K/d, literally just focused on my grip.

within 2-3 days of pure grip training regardless of scenario/game I lost my death grip
