Hey everyone,
I’ve been in the aim-training scene for a long time, though mostly on and off. I’m currently Saffron Complete in Viscose and Diamond/Jade in Voltaic. My main issue right now is shakiness on thin targets and managing tension along the sides of my wrist (see image). I also uploaded a VOD if you want to see what I mean in context.
Things I’ve been trying: lighter mouse grip, relaxing shoulders/forearms and taking short breaks when I feel tension building. But the micro-shake still shows up on razor-thin strafers.
What actually helped you manage tension for precise tracking and reduce shakiness? Any cues, warm-ups, drill orders, or “lightbulb” tips are welcome. Ergonomics or recovery routines that made a noticeable difference would also be great. If you take a look at the VOD, feel free to timestamp anything obvious I’m missing.
If it helps, I can share my sens/DPI, mousepad, grip style, polling rate, and desk posture details. Any advice is appreciated!
