Help with tracking

Guys, I need tips to improve my tracking. I'm a full Gold and I'm currently trying to reach Platinum, but it's really hard and I don't know how to improve. I feel like I'm stuck. I accept any tips, so I can get to improve my tracking. Thank you!

Same as me, what i do is that i play on a high sens i either make the bot way bigger and same speed or a bit bigger and very low speed to make my arm and wrist smoother
