have you heard of voltaic daily improvement metod? if no, check resources, if yes, just keep playing one routine a day or one split in 2 days as it's more comfortablr and healty for you (do not exceed the 1 a day) .
Play the routines in this order:
Trackin 1
Tracking 2
Switching 2
Switching 1
Clicking 1 (static clicking routine)
Clicking 2(dynamic clicking routine)
the VDIM routines are avaible in #resources
when you get comfortably gold scores you can move to intermediate, or if you want, you can check also viscose's benchmark
