I'm not high elo... But I think I can give you some advice. Work on your movement, especially when caught off guard you should move as you aim, not just aim, and your first bullet accuracy when you are running.

Sometimes you do it correctly, sometimes you don't, you can see it with the graph. And some deaths you were just standing as you aim (example: vs Omen in A default)
